Purchase Guideline

1. Please email your orders to ivylee28@hotmail.com
Orders via phone or sms will not be entertained.
Order will only be processed after payment is received.
2. Please send an email once you have made the payment. Cancellation or alteration of orders are not allowed after payment is received.
3. Customers will be notified by email about their order status.
4. Estimated waiting time for pre-order items is 2 to 3 weeks from the day payment is received. In-Stock items will be send out within 2 working days from the day payment is received.
5. Items are neither non-refundable (except out of stocks items) nor exchangeable. Please ensure you check the sizes of the items before placing order.
6. I will check the item's condition upon arrival in Singapore. Any damages I will liaise with the supplier directly.
7. All refunds will be processed within 14 working days.
8. I will not be responsible for any mistakes you made in your orders, e.g. color, product code, size.
9. Please allow 2-3cm discrepancies for the measurements stated due to different production batches/ways of measurement.Colours may differs slightly due to monitor's resolution.
10. There will be no EXTRA charges for self-collection. Collection of orders will be at:Weekdays between 7pm to 9pm, weekend between 12pm to 2pm @ Eunos MRT startion.

12. I will not be responsible for any loss of items for Normal mails. Therefore registered mails are highly recommended.
